Skills & Experience:
Good understanding of data management practices and data protection regulations.
Experience in data administration or a similar role, preferably within a recovery context.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data handling.
Ability to work well within a team and with different departments to support recovery objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management software.
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Desirable:
Knowledge of database systems or CRM platforms.
Experience working within a recovery or solutions-based environment.
What's involved with this role: As a Data Administrator within the Recovery Solutions team, you will play a vital role in supporting the team by managing and maintaining data used for recovery-related operations. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, processing, and ensuring that data management complies with data protection and recovery solutions procedures. You will assist in generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring that the integrity of data is maintained to enable informed decision-making and effective management of recovery processes.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and update recovery-related data records to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
Process, input, and validate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and compliance with recovery solution policies.
Assist in generating and preparing routine and ad hoc reports on recovery progress and related activities.
Support the wider Recovery Solutions team with data-related tasks, including tracking and reporting recovery case progress.
Monitor and manage data discrepancies, ensuring issues are identified and rectified in a timely manner.
Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to organizational protocols and data protection regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to provide accurate data to inform recovery strategies and actions.
