Summary
Reporting to the General Manager of Product Circularity, you will supervise refurbishment engineering processes, ensure quality control, and lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions. What you will do: Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety: Ensure your safety, and that of others affected by your actions, is protected.
Workshop Oversight: Manage refurbishment engineering, including electrical processes.
Quality Management: Uphold strict adherence to our Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Standards.
Problem solving: Diagnose faults and identify innovative solutions solve for incoming components.
Leadership: Set an example for colleagues, assistants and apprentices
Coaching & Development: Support the growth of apprentices and other team members.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance processes and productivity.
