Summary
We are looking to appoint a new Assisted Reintegration Classroom Supervisor to supervise and work with pupils in the Assisted Reintegration Classroom (ARC). The pupils will be placed in the Assisted Reintegration Classroom (ARC), if they have not followed the school’s behavior expectations. Required: As soon as possibleSalary: BG8 s/p 12-16 (£28,163-£30,060 pro rata)Location: Whitchurch, BristolContract Type: 35hrs pw 8.30am-4.15pm (45min lunch)Contract Term: Permanent - Term time only You are:Able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a school settingAuthoritative and fairWell-organised and proactive with strong administrative and ICT skills and attention to detailAn excellent communicator, with good people skills and a supportive team playerFlexible, responsive and self-motivatedConfident in handling confidential/sensitive data and information and to working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficultiesHappy to work alone with pupils for long periods of timeYou will:Support pupils in the Assisted Reintegration Classroom (ARC), to complete work and help the pupils focus in a structured, calm and simple environment to facilitate a successful return to their timetabled lessons.Intervene with identified pupils to improve behaviour and support individual or small groups of pupils as required.Produce reports and contribute to action plansCommunicate with staff dailyUpdate and manage tracking systemsClosing date— 8am Monday 24th February 2025Interviews— TBC
