Summary
We are currently recruiting a Business Analyst, to join our MIS/Business Objects team. This role will cover key business reporting and data analysis. Working with stakeholders to define and deliver quality reporting and analysis for their business areas to support and influence business decisions.
This role will suit someone who has had previous experience working with Business Intelligence applications and excellent attention to detail.
- Collaboration with colleagues to extrapolate and analyse data.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to improve business reporting processes and to maximise system and data utilization in the business.
- Work with 3rd parties and internal teams to build on automated reporting
- Work with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
- Work to reliably and efficiently produce timely and accurate management information.
- Work to deliver system improvements and projects to support the company\\'s growth plans.
- Work promptly, jointly & proactively on projects to improve cash profit & customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience of working in an IT or Analyst role
- Experience in analytics, performing data exploration and designing, specifying and developing business reporting.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence applications (such as SAP Business Objects/Azure/Tableau/Microsoft BI/Power BI).
- Working knowledge of SQL would be beneficial but not essential
- Good understanding of data modelling and databases.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload
- Demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to focus on quality of work
