Summary
Based from Livingston, you will cover sites across Central Scotland, ensuring heating and gas systems are maintained, serviced, and repaired to the highest standards.
♂️Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems, heating appliances, and associated plant.
- Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Conduct gas safety inspections and compliance checks in line with regulations.
- Work on a variety of sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail premises.
- Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with clients and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial FM environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
