Summary
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapists with excellent communication skills and an innovative and flexible approach. This role would provide you with an excellent opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and gain new clinical skills within a supportive, friendly environment. You will receive regular supervision , participate in a weekly teaching program, preceptorship for newly qualified staff and those who are new to the NHS, a comprehensive learning and development programme and a yearly performance appraisal to support your professional development. You will work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including our community partners, to provide a holistic, patient-centred occupational therapy service that empowers patients to achieve their goals. You will be joining a team where there is a positive working culture amongst staff, where team effort is acknowledged, differences are respected and opportunities for progress are facilitated. The successful applicant will also be expected to contribute to the weekend and bank holiday rota via our Bank Partners.
