Summary
The post-holder works as an expert practitioner and is responsible for thedelivery of patient-focused programmes of care, which address the complexand changing health and well-being needs of the client group in his/herclinical area. The post-holder displays excellent communication and leadership skills, andis responsible for the day-to-day line management of the team for whichhe/she is responsible. He/she is also responsible for standards of cleanliness in the clinical areaand for a well-maintained Department environment. The Band 7 is a budget holder and authorised signatory for financial and physical resources.
