Summary

Position Burials and Allotments Administrator
Location: Hughenden Parish Council and other offices within the parish as required.
Requirements/ Occasional weekend or evening hours.

Job Purpose
Hughenden Parish Council is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Cemetery & Allotment Officer to effectively administer the operation of Garden of Rest Hughenden Cemetery and its allotment sites.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of cemetery operations including receiving interment requests, processing applications and fees, maintaining accurate records, coordinating groundworks and memorials, and attending interments Oversee allotment operations by managing tenancies, inspections, dealing with enquiries and complaints, and supporting allotment associations Provide front-line customer service by handling public enquiries in person/emails for admin and burials over the phone and written letters. for a JD and Application form contact clerk@hughenden-pc.gov.uk
