We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across our cafés and premix manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of multiple cafés and the premix manufacturing facility.
• Lead and motivate teams to maintain high service and production standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement for both café and manufacturing needs.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, minimizing waste and optimizing processes.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee quality control for café products and premix production.
• Work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and café managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Address customer and staff concerns promptly, ensuring a positive work and service environment.
Requirements:
• Experience in food service, manufacturing, or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
