Summary

Qualified pharmacist

Job Summary
As a Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and streamlined delivery of pharmacy services for our small and busy independent Pharmacy. Your responsibilities will be supervising the daily functions of the pharmacy ensuring regulatory adherence, and upholding exemplary standards of customer care, safety, and service and be self motivated.

Key Responsibilities
Help ensure the pharmacy is always operating safely and efficiently within the General Pharmaceutical Council’s standards.
Help ensure a high-quality, innovative and up-to-date service that meets the needs of all our patients.
Ensure relevant clinical audits are performed to monitor and improve the pharmacy service.
Participate in the revision and development of our policies and SOPs.
Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork, helping to motivate staff and maintain effective working relationships.
Address escalated customers' requests and complaints, showing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be an enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated leader who can support the business' aims and objectives.
Be a dynamic and organised leader with excellent attention to detail.
Be able to cover the role of the responsible pharmacists should the need arise.
Be qualified and able to deliver all core NHS pharmacy services; Contraception Service, Hypertension, Pharmacy First, NMS, DMS, vaccinations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Masters degree in Pharmacy
Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy
Experience of working in a medical or retail environment as a Pharmacist.
3+ Years GPhC-registered pharmacist with eligibility to act as a Responsible Pharmacist.
Monday-Friday, 43.75 (08.45-18.00).
