Summary
Weekend /Evening Supervisor required for busy Retail Shop & Petrol Station .
Duties - Oversee operations at store/station, manage sales activities to ensure targets are met , supervise /support staff at weekends to include covering night shifts as and when required , maintain inventory levels, administrative tasks , uphold cleanliness/organization standards at all times , resolve customer issues .
Previous experience essential in retail environment and staff leadership , adminstrative skills for handling paperwork/reports/basic office tasks , excellent communiaction skills and proficiency in phone etiquette to effectively communicate with team and customers.
References Required.
32 hours plus per week , shifts are evening / weekends - non negotiable .
