Summary
**Extrusion Operator (Days & Nights)**

**Location:** West Bromwhich
**Salary:** £11.75 per hour (depending on experience) + 22% shift allowance (days) & 25% shift allowance (nights)
⏳ **Hours:** 39 hours per week on a 2-week rotating shift pattern:
* **Week 1 & 2:** Monday - Wednesday (6am - 6pm) & Thursday (6am - 12pm)
* **Week 3 & 4:** Monday - Wednesday (6pm - 6am)
**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled **Corrugation Extrusion Operator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating extrusion machinery efficiently and safely while ensuring product quality meets our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
----------------------------------------------------
✅ Operate **Corrugation Extrusion Machines** to manufacture high-quality products
✅ Monitor and count incoming & outgoing consumables for the department
✅ Ensure all products conform to in-house quality standards
✅ Follow **Health & Safety policies** and operate machinery safely
✅ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to **5S standards**
✅ Support production goals and help achieve **KPIs**
✅ Undertake additional tasks as required
**What Were Looking For**

✔ Experience working with **extrusion corrugation machines**
✔ Background in a **manufacturing or engineering** environment
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Ability to work **independently** and as part of a **team**
