Summary
Looking for an experienced fabricator / Welder. The ideal person must be able to do the below requirements.
• Seeking experienced Fabricator responsible for turning raw materials into a final product, by cutting, drilling, and assembling different parts.
• Examples of fabrications would include, marking out hole positions on tubes, determining angles of tubes for welding purposes, marking out angles for mitring and notching of tubes, marking out positions of branch pipes and bosses.
• Fabricator is responsible for ensuring that their products meet safety standards and quality control requirements.
• Fabricator to have experience on various machines (miller, lathes, drill, and tools to be more efficient and productive.
• To perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process of our products.
• Fabricate and assemble copper, aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel tube and components.
• Experienced in Tig and Mig welding, welding aluminium and stainless steel
• Experienced in reading drawings and working to close tolerances.
• Ability to work alone with minimum supervision as well as part of skilled and experienced team.
• Required to work overtime.
Hours are nights Monday to Thursday, 46 hours per week.
Must be able to pass a weld test prior to starting.
