The New Guild Trust are seeking to appoint a permanent Headteacher at Alexandra Junior School who shares the Trust’s values : Ambition, Compassion, Collaboration, Equity and Resilience ..

Alexandra Junior School is a two-form entry junior school in Stoke-on-Trent, within The New Guild multi academy trust. We are extremely proud to embody a fully relational approach across our trust.

The school prides itself on delivering a rich, balanced curriculum that challenges and nurtures in equal measure. The school’s 5 E’s approach empowers children to become independent learners with the highest of expectations for achievement.

Following a long period of successful leadership, our current Headteacher will retiring at the end of the Summer term 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the excellent foundations in place and continue to develop the school.

Be approachable and accessible to all staff, pupils, parents, carers and external organisations, demonstrating empathy and compassion alongside integrity in every aspect of leadership
