About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E&I Lead Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation activities at a top-tier COMAH site. This role is crucial in managing work execution, ensuring safety compliance, and optimising project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for daily work operations, liaising with key stakeholders.
- Oversee planning, preparation, and execution of scheduled work while minimising rework.
- Manage change processes, highlighting any issues affecting project schedules.
- Support the ISSOW process and act as a permit acceptor as required.
- Organise permits, materials, and manpower to maximise productivity.
- Monitor and drive efficiency while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Lead and chair Toolbox and Task-Specific Job Safety Analysis (TJSA) meetings.
- Provide planning status updates in weekly progress meetings.
- Ensure completion and quality review of project documentation, including maintenance Inspection & Test Records (ITRs) and test sheets.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on a top-tier COMAH site.
- Previous supervisory experience within electrical and instrumentation projects.
- Strong knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX legislation.
- Experience in risk assessments and the ISSOW process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Required Qualifications:
- Trade discipline qualification (Essential).
- CompEx 01-04 certification (Essential).
- NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely certification (Desirable).
- City & Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection (Desirable).
