Summary

We are looking to appoint a full-time Caretaker for 37 hours a week to join our Site Maintenance Team at Chipping Sodbury School.Can you turn your hand to all things practical? Are you able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team? Are you flexible in your approach to work and have a sense of humour? If so we would like to hear from you.You will undertake minor maintenance and repairs, general handyperson duties and assist with the day to day running of the school site. You will act as a key holder and be responsible for the security of the school premises.Knowledge and experience of DIY skills is required, together with some knowledge and experience of relevant health and safety procedures, operation of cleaning equipment and cleansing agents. The application of common sense and initiative and the ability to establish good working relationships is essential.
