Summary

Hays is working with a local council to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 2-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems.
  • Handle service desk operations efficiently.

    Requirements:
  • Experience with Active Directory and MFA.
  • Proven experience in a service desk role.
