Summary
Hays is working with a local council to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 2-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems.
- Handle service desk operations efficiently.
Requirements: - Experience with Active Directory and MFA.
- Proven experience in a service desk role.
