A Sous Chef is required to join this Owner run country pub located close to Corby. The Owner is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team with a view to taking over as Head Chef within 6 months to a year
Our client has successfully run the business for years but feels that now is the time to look to the future
The Pub serves a good mix of proper old school cooking and Modern specials, so the Sous Chef needs to be able to cook the classics and have an interest in creating new ideas
There is Live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living close to Corby, Uppingham, Oakham, Market Harborough or possibly Stamford area with their own transport if required
