Crynodeb
The post holder is accountable to the Senior Corporate Governance Manager for the delivery of an effective Corporate Governance and Freedom of Information function across BOB ICB. They will be expected to: Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including minute taking, report writing and ensuring analysis is correctly summarised. Work under the direction of the Senior Corporate Governance Manager to receive and resolve information requests and support reporting cycles of key governance matters in line with local and national procedures and legislation. Oversee supervision of Corporate Governance FOI Officer and support their work as necessary under the direction of the Senior Governance Manager. Deputise for the Corporate Governance Assistant Manager as necessary by supporting deadlines for papers and/or attending meetings or as directed by the Senior Governance Manager. The post holder will be adaptable and support a range of corporate governance functions, not limited to conflicts of interest, risk management; legal requests and frameworks; oversight of policy management and maintenance. The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery. The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
