Summary
Work pattern
Monday-Saturday, Sunday - off, working hours depend on crop and orders, average 8 hours per day, 30-60 mins unpaid breaks.
Pay rates: £11.44/hour plus bonus depending on performance. Variable bonus rates available for the varying tasks: Band D - 50p per hour/Band C - £1.00 per hour/Band B - £1.50 per hour/Band A - £2.50 per hour.
Overtime applies after 40 hours at a rate of £14.30/h.
Work in a hot environment. The average temperature in the greenhouse is up to +20°C in the winter months but can go up to +35°C in the summer.
Work at heights on the automatic trolley.
Worker will need to work to a good quality standard and speed.
No former experience required as training is provided on site.
Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK.
If necessary, we can provide accommodation in caravans for 4-6 people per caravan, not far from the place of work.
We can provide transport to and from work from certain locations.
