Residential/Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor - Maidstone or Tonbridge

The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters from start to finish, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Stamp duty procedures and title checking
- Search reports and enquiries
- Leasehold transactions, including the grant of leases
- Landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
- Refinancing and business acquisitions/sales
- Utilities agreements and active business development
You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with secretarial support provided to allow you to focus on your expertise.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent client care and communication abilities.
- A professional demeanor, technical competence, and a proactive approach.
