Summary
o There is an call commitment of 1:5(equivalent to 2 PAs) planning to rise to 1:6 in future o 10PA contract is flexible but will involve some joint hospital clinical activity o To fully support the delivery and development of the Maxillofacial Service. o To share responsibility for the service with the other Consultants, Head and neck surgeon supported by the general maxillofacial surgeons. o To participate with the other Consultant Surgeons in the management of the Department of Maxillofacial. o To demonstrate a firm commitment to clinical governance including participation in effective clinical audit and continuing medical education. o To contribute to management within the Trust through the Directorate. o To participate in all teaching programmes for medical staff, medical students and other hospital employees as required.
