Summary
Business Development Executive
My client have an excellent opportunity within their Sales team for a Business Development Executive.
The role focuses on delivering high levels of activity, seek out decision makers and efficiently grow the number of referring recruitment agencies.
The role is Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 and the salary is £27,500 per annum plus commission.
Year 1, on target earnings will be £40,000
Hybrid working (2 days working from home) is offered following probation.
Main responsibilities:
Delivering high levels of activity, seek out decision makers and efficiently grow the number of referring recruitment agencies
Grow an existing patch of accounts known to the client
Actively seek and engage new agencies
The role will be 50% account growth and 50% new business
To work to a strategy for new business development with the Sales Director & ICRM Team Leader
Minimum requirements:
Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Extensive B2B sales experience
Strong industry knowledge (payroll, umbrella or finance), or coming from a recruitment background would be desirable
