Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our clients team within a leading kitchen manufacturing company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in production management to oversee our kitchen production processes and lead a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the day-to-day production operations within the kitchen manufacturing department.
-Ensure the efficient use of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
-Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Implement and enforce production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve
high standards of performance
-Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
-Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
To be considered you must have:
-Previous experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing or kitchen production environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
-Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
-
Proficient in using production management software and other relevant tools.
-Excellent communication skills.
Permanent contract.
You will be working 39hrs a week with the potential for overtime. Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
