Summary
Administrative Assistant - Facilities Management
Location: Central London Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Join the fantastic team at one of the leading hospitality companies as an Administrative Assistant based in Central London. This friendly and welcoming workplace offers an hourly rate of £13 to £14, depending on your experience, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Manage schedules, organise meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members. Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring queries are resolved or directed appropriately. Maintain accurate records and update internal databases as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support management. Assist with procurement and maintain office supply levels. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Support compliance and documentation processes in line with company standards.
Key Skills and Requirements: Experience within the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication. IT proficiency and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Team player who is able to collaborate effectively and adapt to different working styles. Must be able to commute to Central London daily. This is full-time on-going position position, with a possibility of a permanent contract following a successful probation period.
