Job Advert

Do you enjoy helping customers with queries and complaints? Do you take pride in providing a professional and results focused
service to customers? Are you comfortable working within a high-volume call centre environment?




If so, you might be interested in our Pet Claims Phone Agent role based within our Claims Call Centre team!




Package: £23,810 pa, 25 holiday days plus your birthday off, health care cash plan, pension, wellbeing support and pet insurance
discount.




Hours: Full time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm.




Start Date: Our next intake date is March 31st when you’ll commence 4 weeks of induction and training.



What we look for in you as a Pet Claims Phone Agent

* Ability to help our customers in a professional manner.
* Previous experience of claims handling or working within the veterinary sector would be beneficial.
* Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and with repetitive tasks
* Ideally, you’ll have experience responding to customer queries and complaints.
* Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection.







What you`ll get up to as a Pet Claims Phone Agent

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

* Responding to up to 60 calls a day regarding complex and challenging claims queries.
* Helping customers via a range of channels including Live Chat and email
* Following clear processes and procedures to support customers in a calm and patient manner.
* Providing high quality results against our company standards and sector regulations







Interview Format

After reviewing your application, one of our recruiters will reach out to you. They'll have a friendly chat with you to get to
know you better and make sure the role is a good fit for you.

Next, we'll arrange a video call through Teams with two of our hiring managers who are also very friendly.

They're eager to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about the role.
