You're someone who'll be able to:

  • Greet visitors, parents, students, and staff with professionalism and direct them appropriately
  • Manage the visitor sign-in and sign-out process, maintaining accurate records
  • Ensure students who are late or leaving early are signed in and out correctly
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and transfer calls
  • Manage the school's main email account, responding or forwarding messages promptly

You're someone who has:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent
  • Experience working within the Education Sector
  • Relevant experience in a reception role
  • Ability to use Google software, including Gmail
  • First Aid trained or willingness to learn and pursue training and qualifications
