Lead, Inspire, and Elevate - Deputy Director of Arts and Sport Opportunity (Leading on PE)
We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Deputy Director of Arts and Sport to effectively lead our talented and committed Physical Education department, and to support our Director with leading our other Arts subjects (currently Art, Music, Drama and Food Technology). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all students receive an excellent education in PE, and will be an exceptional practitioner who can help lead, coach and support other teachers across the Arts and Sports faculty.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven track record of being an exceptional teacher, with experience of making a positive impact on student performance at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- A commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
