Workwithin the boundaries of legislation, policies, procedures, and professional standards. Hold avalid UK driving licenseand have access to a vehicle for travel within the community. Be ateam player, while also feeling confident following instructions from colleagues. Demonstrate anaturally empathetic and caring approachwhen communicating with patients and their families. While not essential,previous phlebotomy experiencewould be an advantage.
