* Previous experience working in a similar role preferred but not essential as we provide full training.
*Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
*Ability to study our menu and be able to sell our local seafood with knowledge and confidence.
*Ability to take direction and open to learning new skills.
*Great time management.
*Ability to stay calm under pressure.
*Have a passion for offering standards of excellence to our customers.
*Ensure that his/her section is always kept clean and tidy.
*We are looking for friendly, hard working team players with excellent communication skills.
