Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive and emotional needs.
Provide evidence-based interventions and support for students with learning difficulties and behavioral challenges.
Consult with teachers, school staff, and parents to develop personalized education plans for students.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness and best practices for educators.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development and well-being.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Requirements
Master's degree or higher in Educational Psychology or a related field.
Active license to practice as an educational psychologist.
Minimum of two years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably with children and adolescents.
Strong understanding of cognitive and developmental psychology principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and consultation.
Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results accurately.
Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in educational environments.
