Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and maintain sales ledger records
  • Reconcile customer accounts and handle queries
  • Monitor and chase overdue payments
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
