Playworker Breakfast and After School Club required with effect from Monday 24th February 2025 (if possible).
Salary Grade: NJC Scale 2, SCP 3 4 (£24,027 - £24,404 pro rata) Actual salary £8,331 - £8,462 per annum.
Working Pattern: Monday Friday, 15 hours per week (7.45am 8.45am & 3.30pm 5.30pm), term time only.

Oaktree Primary School are looking for a Playworker to work in their Breakfast & After School Club.

Duties will include both individual and group supervision and the organisation of an appropriate range of creative and stimulating leisure activities for children between the ages of 3 11.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who will be able to create positive relationships with the children, families, staff and the school and will implement and uphold the policies, procedures and codes of practice of the club, including relating to code of conduct, data protection, health & safety, anti-bullying and safeguarding/child protection.

All candidates must be:
Honest, reliable, hardworking and most importantly willing to have fun and enjoy working with children.
Available to work the hours as advertised
Available to attend regular training sessions
Conduct themselves professionally at all times
