Summary
Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Manager for their new build residential project in Kings Cross.
The project consists of 167 units across 9 floors, we are looking for someone to take the units/apartments from shell to handover.
Requirements:
* Sound working knowledge of relevant site activities
* Proven experience of seeing a task through to completion
* Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar
* Appropriate CSCS card
* SMSTS certificate
* First Aid at Work certificate
* Basic IT skills
* Experience working on a residential projects (Essential)
You will be responsible for;
- H&S Management
- Review and approve RAMS
- Snagging/De-Snagging
- Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
