Are you a talented individual with previous experience in fall protection/height safety engineering looking for a new challenge
and the chance to gain additional experience and skills within the niche market of fall protection? If so, Omega Red Group is

About the job:
* As the Fall Protection Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within the fall protection services team driving future growth
and performance within the department.
* Taking a role in achieving sales and ensuring profit targets are met, you will strive to develop and nurture customer
relationships whilst generating new leads in promoting the company’s fall protection offering of testing, repair and
installation of specialist fall prevention systems.
* Supervising a number of site-based employees, you will provide excellent technical expertise whilst championing health and
safety requirements and ensuring the team are operating efficiently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you will need:
* Adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach with an ability to command respect from peers, work well under pressure and efficiently drive a
team forwards.
* Have a proven track record of client delivery with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring operational
excellence.
* Have extensive industry knowledge.
* Thrive on problem-solving tasks and display excellent organisational skills.
* Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements.
