Summary
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience. Must be able to work on their own initiative & as part of the team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of motorcycles. You must have your own tools, a good work ethic, maintain a tidy work space & be health & safety conscious.
Duties
Conduct routine maintenance on motorcycles to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform repairs on engines, brakes, and electrical systems.
Replace worn or defective parts with new components.
Note accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanic is required, will consider 3rd year apprentice.
Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in mechanics or automotive technology is essential.
Mot certificate preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
Full current UK Motorcycle Licence is preferred
