We have an exciting opportunity to join our Caretaking team on a part-time basis, working 22 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing a communal cleaning service for our customers in our high-rise residential buildings. The role also involves monitoring the buildings and identifying any issues or concerns, such as faults or repairs within the communal areas.
You may be required to work at various locations within the Sunderland area, so the ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the post is essential.
This role will require a basic DBS check, paid for by Gentoo.

What we are looking for:
It is essential that you have experience of:
• Cleaning, including the use of cleaning equipment, in either commercial or residential areas.
• Using Information technology systems.
• Customer care.
• Manual handling.
You will also have knowledge of:
• Relevant health and safety legislation.
• COSHH procedures.
You should have a flexible approach to work to meet business needs and deadlines, as well as the ability to work alone or as part of a group.
