Job requirements: Fleet Compliance Team Leader
- Ensuring compliance documents for HGV & LGV are kept accurate and Up To Date
- Scheduling compliance events for multiple large fleets with different requirement
- Leading a team of the controllers and managing workloads to ensure all requirements are met and on time
- You must have experience working in compliance in the commercial motor trade sector.
- Must be a go getter and have previous experience leading at least a small team of people
- Comfortable in dealing with Technical issues within the commercial vehicle sector
- PC literate including Excel and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
