This role offers the flexibility to work around the candidate’s schedule, with a flexible pay rate based on their experience.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on people data.
Good understanding of GDPR and data protection.
Previous involvement in the implementation of People / HR systems.
Experience of using HR systems, extracting and analysing people and payroll data.
Highly experienced excel user with skills including formulas, pivot tables, power pivots, VLOOKUP etc.
As Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our new people system. With a strong ability to run detailed reports and you will ensure that all people data is accurately analysed and presented, ready for inputting into the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the new people system by analysing and inputting data.
Run and manage regular and reports to provide insights into people data.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.
Collaborate with People and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Utilise Excel to create complex data models, pivot tables, and visualisations.
Identify trends and patterns in people data to support strategic initiatives.
Undertake complex analysis of colleague data producing period reports.
Undertake specific analysis and reporting including Gender, Ethnicity, Disability on a quarterly/annual basis as required.
Manage the People data inbox: responding to queries in a timely manner and prioritise requests.
