Summary
Maintenance Engineer
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Permanent Position
6am - 2pm rotating to 2pm - 10pm
Based in Birmingham

Details for a Maintenance Engineer
- Maintain and Improve availability targets for key performance equipment.
- Previous Maintenance Engineer experience required
- Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity to within agreed targets, to be individually agreed per WorkCentre (TBA)
- Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e. SMED)
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities relating to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards
- Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction.

- Time served apprenticeship to HNC level or similar qualification in a related engineering field and experience within a similar role
- Multi-skilled training with ideally an electrical bias
- PLC fault finding and modifications experience (Preferred)
Working hours of a Maintenance Engineer
- 37.5 hours per week - rotating 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm
- Based in Birmingham
- £45k to £50k per annum depending on experience
