Summary
Experience Project Management experience in an acute healthcare environment. Experience leading projects implementing clinical systems and/or I.T. infrastructure. Experience leading and inspiring teams. Management in an NHS I.T. environment and working knowledge of I.T. systems in a healthcare environment. Job Activities Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Explain technical issues to non-technical teams or individuals. Inspire and motivate others through strong leadership skills. Negotiate effectively and provide training and mentoring support. Utilise strong knowledge of modern I.T. infrastructure and applications, particularly in healthcare contexts. Apply knowledge of I.T. Project Management and its healthcare applications.
