Summary
SO3 TPO is responsible to SO2 TPO for:
Day to day management of course planning and scheduling.
Collating training performance data and reporting training statistics.
Assisting with the creation of the annual DITG SOTR and SOTT.
Line Management of TPO Data and Stats Co-ordinator.
Tasks
a. Build up historical statistics on the accuracy and validity of SOTR figures, providing historical SOTT’s and TU rates. The results of these comparisons should be reported at each DI CEB, with records maintained to establish, analyse and report trends.
b. On formal approval of all IRTB’s, update all TPO documents to reflect endorsed changes including:

In Year Training Plan (IYTP)
Accommodation Schedule
SOTR Working Copy
SOTT Working Copy
TU rate tracker
MIS
c. Coordinate and manage the capture and analysis of all training data and stats for the DI CEB, including:
Audit trail for differences between SOTR and SOTT.
Take Up (TU) rates against the SOTT.
First Time Pass Rates and Overall Pass Rates.

Individual course cancellation totals and reasons
d. Provide advice to TRA’s and assist with the capturing and coordination of all SOTR bids from TRA’s in spring of each year. Assist in the completing of all spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations in readiness for the Summer Defence Intelligence Customer Executive Board (DI CEB) cycle.
e. Liaise with all TRA’s and Training Providers (TPs) to formulate an achievable and accurate SOTT, arranging all Acceptance Working Groups where necessary. Assist in the completing of all spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations in readiness for the Winter DI CEB cycle.
f. Support all TPs with the programming and scheduling of all courses. Any issues with meeting the SOTT should be reported to the TRA as soon as possible.
g. Fulfil Line Management duties for TPO Data and Stats Co-ordinator to include all appraisal reporting and managerial requirements iaw MyHR policies and procedures.
h. Process IRTB’s requesting in year amendments to the SOTR and SOTT. Arrange all AWG’s when deemed necessary.
i. Compile all RoADs relating to AWG’s. Pass to SO2 TPO for endorsement and promulgation.
j. Liaise with TRAs to deconflict any potential breaches of maximum or minimum course capacity in a timely and effective manner.
