Summary
This

complaints, supervising support and advisory services,
and serving as a vital point of contact between clients
and the business. Ensuring that the customer service
staff meets high expectations from clients and provides

complaints, they will oversee and manage the staff.
Along with managing schedules, developing training
plans, analysing client feedback for enhancements,
resolving operational problems, and motivating the
team to attain excellent performance and service
standards, they will also communicate with clients to
build relationships that last. The going rate for SOC 7220
is 20 per hour.
