Summary
Recruitment Consultant – Industrial or Commercial (360)
Regis Recruitment is independent and is not part of any larger group with a qualified 22 year track record in South Wales and now requires to expand into new sectors and increase its portfolio to West & North Wales. Regis prides itself with a unique level of service and the ability to adapt and mould to whatever our customers require of us. We are a well respected family business offering an opportunity for the right person to join our team.
The role will be based from Newport Gwent.
Salary dependent on experience.
Min of 1yr experience in a recruitment company.
Mon to Fri - 40 Hours weekly.
In house training and skills development on database systems.
20+ 8 statutory holidays per year increasing on duration.
Genuine career path to work with reward packages for the right candidate.
The key aim of this role (360) is to produce is to deliver a min standard of qualified sales bookings and to retain the best possible level of customer service, whilst maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, and by taking ownership of your Clients requirements. There is no restriction as to where or who you can approach.
Ideally we are looking for previous experience in either Industrial or Commercial success with the ability to achieve and exceed expectations for the Client.
This is not a role for a Trainee.
Immediate start for the successful applicant after shortlisting
Essential Requirements:
1. Must have a min of 1yr recruitment experience
2. Must have a 360 mind set
3. Able to prove a previous successful track record
4. Capable of dealing with Clients at all levels confidently
5. Must be able to prove customer conversion
6. Must be able to convert sales calls to bookings within 4 weeks start
Preferred Requirements:
1. Able to get to Newport by start time
