Castle View Enterprise Academy are seeking to appoint a Catering Manager to lead on the delivery of our busy catering service.
andnbsp;
Primarily you will operate the Academyandrsquo;s catering unit to deliver a full and varied menu during breakfast club, break and lunch times with an additional requirement to cater for performances, awards dinners and meetings across the school year.
andnbsp;
You will have responsibility for stock monitoring and ordering within budget requirements and the role will include line management of catering staff.andnbsp; You will also be responsible for ensuring the catering service meets hygiene and safety standards with records kept maintaining compliance.
andnbsp;
Experience of catering in a school environment is desirable but not essential.andnbsp; We are looking to appoint a candidate who demonstrates relevant catering and management experience from any discipline.
