Summary
This will be a Site Manager role for a regional developer in the Salisbury area, working on a multiphase residential site.
The ideal candidates will have significant Tier 1/2 developer experience, particularly in multi-development projects like flats, apartments, hotels, or houses. A Black Manager CSCS Card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid Certificate are necessary.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based project and assist and support the control and delivery of our residential projects in Salisbury. You will promote the importance of customer relations to the site-based team and ensure that health and safety standards are met.
This will be 3 months worth of work, joining a highly motivated team.
