We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and expertise in South Indian cooking techniques, with a focus on traditional dishes. The role requires someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can consistently prepare dishes at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including Dosa, Idly, Vada, Sambar, and more.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation of meals.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a South Indian kitchen.
