Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a high-impact role with fast-track career growth? Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow client accounts while managing a small but expanding team.

About Our Client

They are a rapidly growing B2B lead generation company, providing high-performing solutions to their clients. As they scale, they need top talent to drive client success, optimise processes, and build a best-in-class Account Management function.

What You'll Do

- Manage and optimise 20 - 30+ client email campaigns.

- Lead a team of two internal support staff and two remote Account Managers, with a clear path to expanding the team.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular online meetings and communication.

- Drive client retention, renewals, and account expansion.

- Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Who You Are

- A proven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a track record of success

- Confident leading a team, with experience managing or mentoring others

- A strong communicator who excels at building long-term client relationships

- Proactive, results-driven, and excited by the challenge of scaling a high-growth company
