Summary
**Machine Operator Salford Priors**
**Hours:** Minimum 32 hours over 4 days (4 on 4 off)
**Pay:** £11.65 ph
**Reporting to:** Team Leader
**Role:**
Operate and maintain production lines to ensure efficient packing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Run and monitor production lines, operating **Pro Seal, BBC Blueberry Grader, Unitec Grader, and Robots** .
*Training will be provided, but machine operating experience is necessary.*
* Ensure the team follows food safety and health & safety policies.
* Perform equipment checks, glass inspections, and manage packaging materials.
* Handle tool changeovers and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Help meet production targets (KPIs) and improve processes.
* Keep work areas clean and shut down lines properly.
