Summary

Synergy Complex Care is seeking a kind, compassionate and dedicated assistant to support our Clinical Lead Nurse.

The ideal applicant should have a full driving licence with access to a vehicle and be prepared to travel within the Southwest Region.

This is a challenging and varied role.

Your skill set should include:

- Practical knowledge of Medication Management.

- Experience of dealing with Complex Care clients, their families, and associated staff.

- PC literacy.

- Ability to assist with practical training sessions.

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

- Awareness of Confidentiality and Safeguarding.

- You will be required to learn and use multiple cloud based systems for which full training is provided.
